my day today

my 3rd pcr already.. no bands again, and this time the +ve control didn't even come out... yikes! I'm quite sure i added all the stuff, so maybe its cDNA sample? hmmmm.. going again on friday.

this'll be hard to survive especially if this happens twice out of five days. and gd thing its after blocks now so i don't need to mug much.

results for blocks so far are really telling... there aren't any shortcuts to getting good results. you still need the same amt of time to mug, if not even more from h sch. which i obviously haven't had. esmond esmond.. this better not happen again for promos, or you're not fulfilling your primary responsibility of a student.
